Whole Foods Market and Virginia State Parks - A Natural Partnership
Just in time for the summer, Virginia State Parks has a new partnership with Whole Foods Market.
Between now and Labor Day, visit any participating Whole Foods Market (see below for the list), and receive a coupon for a free Virginia State Park visit through the end of the year. The free passes are good at any of our 37 Virginia State Parks.
Coming soon to the four Virginia State Parks close to the participating Whole Foods Market locations are discount coupons for camping and cabin guests. You'll save $10 on a $50 Whole Foods Market purchase and the coupons are good until the end of September. The parks are First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, Chippokes State Park in Surry, Pocahontas State Park in Chesterfield, and James River State Park in Gladstone.
Whole Foods Market actually came up with the idea for this partnership.
We thought that this was a really natural partnership because Virginia State Parks works to conserve Virginia’s natural and recreational resources and also encourages people to leave life’s daily pressures behind and connect with nature. We believe getting back to nature also means choosing real food as nature intended. That’s why there are no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, no nitrates, high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils in anything in our store. Also, as a company, we wholeheartedly believe in active environmental stewardship so that the planet continues to flourish for generations to come. It’s actually one of our core values.
We couldn't agree more.
