The James River offers a smooth, relaxing ride that is suitable for almost anyone. Why fight the crowds at amusement parks to enjoy a lazy river when you can tube your way down an actual river?

Tubing two-miles down the James River is a sure fire way to get your summer mood started off in the right direction. If two-miles of River adventure aren't enough for you, sign up for the six or eight mile kayak or canoe trip! The park offers three different trips for kayaking and canoeing so you’ll have the opportunity to explore new parts of the river and have a different experience every time you hit the water.

After miles of excitement on the James River we know you’ll be tired. We provide a shuttle service that is included in your water sporting fees to transport you back to the Livery – your trips starting point. Shuttle service is available for a small fee when you bring your own equipment, so no need to bring an extra vehicle.
