Each year we gather at Mason Neck State Park to not only celebrate the eagle but all the wonderful wildlife that can be found in Virginia.

State, federal, county and private entities located on Mason Neck have been coming together for 20 years to bring to the community this special event that is family oriented and fun for all, the Mason Neck Eagle Festival.

Mason Neck Eagle Festival will be held Saturday May 20, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  Admission to the park and event is free. 

The Eagle Festival is a little later in the season this year and on the same day as National Kids to Parks Day so there are two reasons to celebrate.  The hours of the festival have been extended from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to give everyone more time to enjoy the day.
