Join the Friends of Hayfield's for a night of beautiful views and new experiences at the parks first ever star party. Roam around to take a look through their different kinds of telescopes. Chat with the Friends and Rangers about the stars, constellations, and planets visible in the night sky. You may also bring your own telescope or binoculars to get assistance from experienced astronomers. Feel free to bring comfortable chairs or blankets to lean back and enjoy an expansive view of the sky.

To preserve the night vision of our visitors and wildlife, please use minimal lighting when entering and leaving the parking lot, and only use flashlights with red-colored light.
