Whatever the prediction about winter that was made on February 2 by the groundhog of your choice, spring is still on the way. On this forested meander we'll search for signs of spring and recognize what elements are still in winter's grip. Is soil softening yet? Who's lifting their blanket of leaves? What's a Whistle Pig?

The walk will be about one mile over fairly moderate terrain with a few steeper inclines.
