This program will train guests to focus on the present moment, observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and enhance their awareness of the mind-body connection. Meet your guide at the visitor center. Bring a towel or a mat if you would like to sit on the floor. We will also have chairs available. Please call the visitor center to reserve your spot at 703-339-2385. Participants should be at least 15 years old and be able to follow the guided mindfulness steps.
