Look down, what's under your feet? Under the floor and grass and soil, you'll find vast formations of rocks and karst and caves. Come explore a cave system through CaveSim, an interactive cave exploration game. Try not to hit delicate formations as your make your way through 130 feet of artificial cave passage. A computer will track each hit so you can check your damage (and time) when you finish.

You can also try your hand at vertical caving on a 12-foot tower and get hands-on practice with cave rescue equipment, including a rescue stretcher and phone. For more details visit www.cavesim.com or email Rebecca.Whalen@dcr.virginia.gov.
