Back by Popular Demand! Join the Friends of False Cape for a magical day of creativity and nature at our Wreath-Making Workshop. Create your own handmade wreath craft using natural materials gathered from the park, guided by an expert wreath maker who will help you design a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Transportation into the park will be provided via an open-air tram which offers a scenic and relaxing ride through the park and refuge. Dress appropriately for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and don’t forget to bring gloves and your own pruning shears. Also be sure to bring water or a refillable water bottle and gloves. As part of the workshop, the Friends of False Cape will provide morning refreshments (Coffee, juice, and delicious breakfast bread) and a hot homemade lunch served at the Wash Woods Lodge in the afternoon. Cost for this program is $50 per person. Pre-payment required; no refunds will be offered for this event as all proceeds benefit the Friends of False Cape State Park, helping to support and enhance this unique coastal treasure.
