Westmoreland State Park is presenting you with a fun craft program that really rocks! This program is designed to get individuals excited about the natural world and educate people on the changing of our landscape through time while designing a take home Halloween craft within the boundaries of a Virginia State Park.
Westmoreland State Park is a beautiful place home to many wonderful tiny worlds, birds of prey, wading birds, shorebirds, grasslands, amphibians, mammals, etc. Did we mention the Potomac River views and the Horsehead Cliffs?
Join us in painting and decorating your own spooky river rock that’s been eroded over time but sign up quick, there are only 8 spots available! This fun arts and crafts program is recommended for ages 5+.
All supplies are provided! Please sign up in advance at the Visitor Center. Hours 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
