Gather along the Shenandoah River (aka the Daughter of Stars) to watch the Geminid Meteor Shower!

Visitors can expect to see as many as 100 meteors per hour! This shower got its name from the famous constellation Gemini because the meteors appear to originate from the constellation.

There will be crafts, telescopes, an education station, hot chocolate, apple cider, a campfire, and more!

Please bring a lawn chair or blanket and wear warm clothes!

This event is free, but standard parking fees apply.
