Experience the transformation from summer to fall as our forest begins to display fall colors. Explore the trees of Sweet Run with Virginia Master Naturalist and Virginia Master Hiker, Kelly Roach. Discover some tips for basic tree identification as well as an understanding of the changing forest foliage. The guided 2-mile hike will follow Farmstead Loop and Mountain View Trail Loop to several of the most iconic trees in the park! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, a field guide (if you have one), and your curiosity! Meet at the main parking lot trail head.
