Join us during Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend and work on completing different badges.

Junior Animal Habitat - Participants will rotate through 3 stations that cover Steps 1 and 2 (explore wild animals and habitats, Step 3 (design an animal home) and Step 4 (animal habitat and shelter). Step 1 will include a hike, so be sure to wear sturdy footwear. Step 4 will include building a bug hotel, so participants will need to bring an empty, rinsed tin can.

From guided hikes and plant identification to campfire building and backpacking basics, this special weekend helps Girl Scouts learn outdoor skills, build confidence and become advocates for the environment.
