Don’t miss this incredible live animal presentation! Join us for an interactive experience with federally permitted wildlife rehabilitator Darin Handy, who works hands-on with discarded, injured, and orphaned wildlife. Get up close and personal, learn fascinating facts, and discover how these amazing animals are cared for. This unique, live animal presentation is one you absolutely don’t want to miss.

This program is FREE to the public and proudly sponsored by Friends of New River Trail. Bring your curiosity and love for wildlife; see you there! From 4-5 p.m. there will be a ranger-led creek program, and afterwards from 6-7 p.m. there will be a campfire program with s'mores. Bring the family!
