Did you know you can access six trails from the park picnic area? Roll the dice and join a ranger for a short, guided hike along one of the many trails that traverse the park. While the destination is unknown, each hike will be a mile or less, over some uneven terrain.

We'll be looking for animal evidence, blooming flowers, and funky fungi. Our rangers are knowledgeable on a variety of topics and will bring along an assortment of field guides and gear to get the most out of your hike. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, bringing a reusable water bottle, and bug spray.
