What animal inspired a popular children's game? Hint: It can be green or brown, live in water or out, and its legs can be twice its body length. You guessed it, it's a frog. We have many native frogs and each has unique qualities that make it special. During this program, we’ll explore what makes frogs so fascinating, learn to recognize their different calls, and take a short walk to a nearby vernal pool to see if we can spot some in action. Dive into the world of frogs with us.

Parks are for everyone. If you have accessibility questions or concerns, please call 540-862-8114 or email Hannah.Johnson@dcr.virginia.gov.
