Join certified Forest Therapy volunteer, Tina Hayes, for a relaxing program made to calm the mind. Explore helpful ways to relax and de-stress yourself in nature while learning about the history and culture of using nature as a means of therapy. Enjoy the calming atmosphere of our park and let yourself be soothed by the various sounds of nature and therapy techniques Tina will lead you through. The meeting place is the parking lot below the Dam's spillway
