Uncover the mysteries of mycology on this ranger-lead hike and learn more about the fungi that grows along the park’s trails. Not only are fungi beautiful, but they also play an important role in the park’s ecosystem as nature’s decomposers. Learn more about why they are crucial to the ecosystem and how to identify commonly found fungi in the park. This hike is around 1 mile long on a dirt path, please wear comfortable footwear.
