Is your little one interested in becoming an official Seven Bends State Park Junior Ranger? Join Rangers along with Lord Fairfax Soil & Water Conservation District for our third annual Junior Ranger Camp! A Junior Ranger is a steward of our precious lands, water, air and wild spaces for all those to enjoy today and in the future. This camp is reserved for kids 6-9 years old.

The hours of this Monday through Friday (June 2-6) program are 9 a.m. to noon. We will study a new facet of nature every day, all of which combine to make the great outdoors, well, fantastic.

The fee for camp this year is $25. In addition to materials, this cost includes a junior ranger badge from Seven Bends State Park and a daily take-home item that reminds us of the principles we learned. Call 540-630-4718 to register and pay.
