Step into the world of medicinal plants and connect with nature in a whole new way at Seven Bends State Park! Led by Ranger Briana, we will discuss the history and benefits of a variety of plants that we encounter in the park. Bring your walking shoes for a moderate one mile stroll with frequent stops. After our walk, we will prepare a simple herbal formula that everyone can take home! Meet at the Lupton picnic shelter.

*There is no fee for this program, but an annual or daily parking pass is required.
