Take a moment to disconnect and rejuvenate with a forest-centric, meditative hike. Join us in the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku that focuses on the health and mental benefits of using your senses in nature. Hike Ground Pine Path at your own pace, stopping along the way to practice mindfulness in this immersive experience.
