National Take A Walk in A Park Day is celebrated annually on March 30th. It's a day to get outside and enjoy nature, encouraging everyone to invest in their health and spend time outdoors! Stretch our legs on a Sunday afternoon hike at Sweet Run. Join Master Naturalist and Master Hiker Kelly Roach on a calming hike along Farmstead Loop Trail. We'll stop at Kelly's favorite place at the park: the Piney Run stream, where we'll cross the trail bridge to take in the sights and sounds of early spring in the woods. The trail has some slight elevation changes and varied terrain best for babies in hiking carriers. Dress for the weather. Meet at the Main parking lot, near the pollinator garden.
