Celebrate Earth Day by uncovering the secrets of Virginia’s trees. Join Virginia Master Naturalist Kim Manion for a fascinating guided walk where you’ll learn the art of tree identification. From unique bark patterns to subtle leaf shapes, Kim will share expert tips and surprising tricks to help you recognize the trees around you with confidence.
This short, easy walk covers less than half a mile on gentle terrain, making it perfect for all ages. Be sure to wear closed-toe shoes and bring a bottle of water as we explore the wonders of the forest together.
