Join us in the Discovery Center at Foster Falls as we find our breath and our peace in this hour-long meditation class! We will cover the basics of pranayama (breathwork) and meditation (dhyana) to calm the mind and find our peace. Please wear loose fitting clothing and feel free to bring your own meditation cushion, pillows, or blanket for added comfort. Enjoy the serenity of New River Trail State Park.
