Mason Neck is home to many Virginia-native plants. Unfortunately, it is also home to many invasive plant species. Join a ranger for a hike on the Kane’s Creek trail to learn how to differentiate between native and invasive plant species found at the park. The hike is around a mile along a dirt path, so make sure to wear proper footwear and dress for the weather. Meet at the trailhead for Kane’s Creek Trail.
