Join us to learn about Virginia's native plants that can be processed into beautiful natural dyes. Using the dyes as watercolors, you'll decorate greeting cards or postcards that you can share with others or keep for yourself. Please wear painting clothes that you don't mind getting stained or bring an apron. We will provide disposable gloves.

Registration is required due to limited supplies. To register, please visit or call the Park Office at (804) 598-7128 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily or send an email to powhatan@dcr.virginia.gov.
