Join instructors from Center of Gravity Yoga & Pilates from Lexington for a scenic mountain-view yoga class and sound bath, then wrap up by watching the moon rise.
Want to join? You must pre-register for this event on the Center of Gravity website. Arrive by 6:15 p.m. to take a 15 minute walk up the hill to Jefferson Point, and then enjoy 45 minutes of yoga and a 45 minute sound bath as the moon rises over the Blue Ridge and the sun sets over the Alleghany Mountains. There is a panoramic view of southern Rockbridge County, occasional deer, and some regular fireflies and mosquitoes. Bring walking shoes, a mat or towel, water, and maybe some bug spray. The view is worth the walk.
