Each day will feature a particular theme in environmental conservation. Join us by participating in programs, checking out our community partner tables, and completing self-guided activities. Come back each day to learn new ways to love our planet!

4/28 - Climate, Change, and Candidness

11:00am - State Endangered Creature Feature: Join Rangers at the Main Visitor Center to discuss the impact of humans and climate on species near and dear to the heart of Virginia. This program will include a meet and greet with live animal ambassadors.

2:00pm - All Weather Beach Stroll: Do you like dunes? How about hurricanes? This guided beach walk will be all about the relationship between weather and First Landing. Learn about how temperature, storms, erosion, and tides impact our park's geography and how Rangers mediate these conditions.
