The Friends of the Southwest Virginia Museum invite you to attend “Home for the Holidays”, an elegant holiday banquet to jump start your holiday season. The evening will begin with dinner and music followed by a guided tour of the Museum. Museum tours will not only include highlights of the exhibits and the Festival of Trees, but special interpretive experiences will also be provided.

The $40 per person fee includes dinner and the tour. Tickets will only be sold through November 10 and can be purchased online through Eventbrite or by calling the park. Please keep in mind that the tour of the Museum will cover all three floors as well as the basement, where the dinner portion of the evening will be held. If for any reason you need assistance getting to the basement or the first floor there are accessibility lifts in place; however, the second and third floors are only accessible via stairs.

All proceeds from the Home for the Holiday Fundraiser support the Friends of the Southwest Virginia Museum, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The mission of the Friends of the Southwest Virginia Museum is to act as a Citizens Support Organization in assisting to identify and promote activities to conserve, enhance, and interpret the cultural and historic resources of the Southwest Virginia Museum.
