Fold your way to victory in celebration of Aviation and Honeybee Awareness Day. Explore some of the different ways nature takes flight in the wild before you design your very own paper airplanes to test. Between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., visitors are invited to make and enter up to three paper airplanes in this competition. All skill levels are encouraged to participate. Farthest flying airplane wins!

The Rules: Planes must be constructed of paper provided by the park to ensure fairness. No other materials may be used.

Parks are for everyone. This is an inclusive program open to all people. Please alert park staff to any special accommodations you or your group may need by texting or calling 434-394-0767.
