Is your little one interested in becoming an official Seven Bends State Park Junior Ranger? Join us for our inaugural Junior Ranger Camp! A Junior Ranger is a steward of our precious lands, water, air and wild spaces for all those to enjoy today and in the future.

This Monday-Friday camp will run from 9 a.m. – noon. Each day we will learn about a different aspect of nature that all come together to make the great outdoors, just that, great.

The cost of the program is $25 per participant. This cost is to cover materials and includes a pair of Seven Bends State Park binoculars and an official Junior Ranger Badge. Checks made out to Treasurer of Virginia can be mailed to the park at 2111 S. Hollingsworth Rd. Woodstock, VA 22664.

Please be prepared to get wet and/or dirty every day and wear sturdy, closed toe shoes. We will be getting in the river as weather and water levels allow so bring a towel and a change of clothes.
