Welcome to our rejuvenating Wellness Week in nature, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the soothing embrace of the natural world. This transformative experience is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and find inner balance amidst the tranquil beauty of the outdoors.
A night in the outdoors, to get in touch with our resourceful side! Longwood University health promotion major, Chris will showcase some helpful outdoor skills for tent camping, and how they can help you handle whatever life may throw at you. Space is limited, so you must reserve a campsite as soon as possible.
Parks are for everyone. To ensure an enjoyable time, please alert park staff to any necessary special accommodations you or your group may need.
