Enjoy this canoe float down the Clinch River from Clinch River State Park's Carbo River access to the Dept. of Wildlife Resources access at Carterton. Accompany park rangers on this canoe trip to learn information about the river, fishing, and wildlife. Don't miss out on this relaxing trip. Be sure to bring sunscreen, snacks, and water. Depending on water flow this trip can last between five to six hours. This trip is recommended for persons 12 and over. The $20/person fee for the trip includes canoe, paddles, life jacket, and transportation. Space is limited so please call 276-762-5076, or email clinchriver@dcr.virginia.gov and register.
