Have you heard of forest bathing or grounding yourself to the earth? It’s been found that spending time in the outdoors has wonderful benefits for us humans. This ranger-led hike will follow a portion of Railroad Ford Trail. The program involves hiking, stretching, exploring your senses and connecting to nature.

Wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring water or snacks. This will be an easy out-and-back trip along Railroad Ford Trail.
