Celebrate National Kids to Parks Day at Chippokes State Park!

Have you ever played a fierce and competitive game of tag? How about...hide-and-seek, hopscotch, yo-yo, puzzles, dominoes, marbles, pick-up sticks, jump rope, spinning tops, leap frog, card decks, dice, and dolls?

Join a park ranger to learn about a few selected ancient and traditional colonial games played by Virginia's past residents. Have fun playing the games that children chose for entertainment back in the day before video games or smart phones.
