A Ware's Creek Walk
Want to wander "Ware" you are? Join the ranger for a special hike on this 1.03 mile (round trip) moderate trail. We'll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of the abundant bird life and a variety of trees in our forests. This trail affords both water views and then transitions into a mature hardwood forest. We'll stop at a scenic overlook at the halfway point of our hike to take in the breathtaking views of Ware's Meadow across the cove. Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars.
Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes and a water bottle are recommended.
