National Trails Day - Trail Stewardship Event

Staunton River State Park will be hosting a trail stewardship event to celebrate National Trails Day. Participants can choose to go out collecting litter along hiking trails or hike the trails to compile a suggestion list of maintenance needs. Please contact the park office for more information on trail stewardship. Volunteers should bring water and dress for the weather. All tools will be provided; guests should not bring or use any of their own tools. There is no fee to participate.
