Get competitive while enjoying the beauty of Smith Mountain Lake! This special open water event is sponsored by the International Swim Coaches Association, held under approval of USA Swimming/Virginia Swimming, Inc., and is open to athletes ages seven and older. Events for the weekend include a 5K Paddle board race, 5K Swim race, Splash and Dash race, and a 1-mile race open to competitors of all ages. There is also a half-mile race open to competitors nine and under.
