Join the Coastal Virginia Wildlife Observatory as they staff the Kiptopeke Hawkwatch Platform. CVWO will have staff and volunteers on the Hawkwatch daily from September 1st to November 30th (weather permitting). Stop by and learn the hawkwatchers tips and tricks to observing hawks on your own. This is a great opportunity for guests of all ages and a great way to start your birding journey at Kiptopeke State Park.
