The one and only mammal on the planet capable of true flight absolutely loves Hungry Mother.

Join our interpreters on a wagon ride throughout the park to hit up the resident bat hot spots. We'll be dispelling myths and learning to appreciate our flying friends around us along the way. Using a sonar detector, we can learn the species of bats that are flying overhead.

There is limited seating, so please pre-register at the Discovery Center or by calling (276)781-7400 to guarantee a seat.
