Join the park ranger on the beach to practice gentle and easy yoga. This hour long program invites you to reconnect with nature as we stretch for the sky and flow like a river.

No yoga experience required. Bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.

Meet at the Visitor Center and walk to the beach with the ranger.

Please pre-register. FREE.

Advance registration is required for several programs.
