Join the Fredericksburg Center for Creative Arts and the Friends of Caledon for a truly unique and creative experience as you find your creative muse in Caledon State Park while you draw, paint, and photograph the world around you.

A wagon ride will provide you with transportation to the different scenic trail and beach drop-off locations throughout the park from 10am to 3pm. A guest artist demonstration will be given outside the Visitor Center throughout the day. There will be a reception for participating artists from 3 to 4pm.

Dress for the weather, bring water, wear appropriate footwear (sturdy, closed-toed, and acceptable for walking). Bring a bagged lunch or travel to nearby Dahlgren, Virginia (4.5 miles) for lunch.

Registration is requested by 4pm on Friday, September 16th. To register, call (540)760-6928 and leave a message with your name and the number of participants.

Parking is free for artists for this event.
