Simply taking time to be outside can have remarkable benefits on our mental and physical well being.

Hungry Mother is partnering with Mount Rogers Community Services to help our community receive the benefits nature has to offer us. Following the 5-Bridges to Wellness program, we'll be looking at one of the aspects of wellness each Friday.

The first 15 minutes will be a short talk with a Mount Rogers representative about the bridge of the week, followed by a 45 minute activity lead by a park interpreter or volunteer.

Everyone is welcome to join us and enjoy the beautiful world that surrounds us.
