Have you heard of forest bathing or grounding yourself to the earth? It has been proven that spending time in the outdoors has wonderful benefits for us humans. This special ranger-led hike will take participants to our Red Fox Trail. The program involves hiking, stretching, and taking pause in nature.
Wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring water or snacks for yourself. Red Fox Trail is 1 mile roundtrip.
