Enjoy a scenic forest therapy walk from our Visitor Center to beautiful Culler's Overlook and back, led by a certified Forest Bathing instructor. This program will take about 2 hours and will invite you to immerse yourself in the natural splendor of the park, boosting your mental and physical health. Bring water, and consider bringing a small camp stool and bug spray as well. For ages 13+. Space is limited, so please reserve in advance with our Visitor Center help desk.
