A stroll through a woodland can have a calming influence on people, but in that forest neighborhood there’s a lot going on, silently. Much as in our human neighborhoods, there is competition and cooperation. There are those who take and those who give, those who depend and those who deny. New characters arrive as the season changes. This ranger-led walk will introduce to you some of the characters in this village and how their lives intersect with our own. The walk will be over moderate terrain. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Advance registration is not required. Open to those 18 years old and older.
