You’ll dive, dig, find, and grind your very own fish hook in a program inspired by fish hook crafting techniques of the Powhatan people who carved their hooks from deer knuckles! Pre-register for this series program if you’re up for the challenge and ready to get a little wet and muddy.

This program is ideal for participants ages 8+ and pre-registration is required through the park office to include a $5 charge which covers all supplies. The program will meet at the outdoor classroom off the car top boat launch parking area and participants will get to take their fish hooks home with them.
