Join other Women In Nature (WIN) as we enjoy companionship and the outdoors at the beautiful Seven Bends State Park. This six week program will be held on Saturdays April 23rd to May 28th from 1pm-4pm. Each week we will explore different activities such as yoga, forest therapy, nature art, tree ID, kayaking, outdoor cooking and fly fishing. A $5 fee will be collected by Friends of Seven Bends State Park to help support the cost of the program. By registering now, you will be registered for each of the six days and will receive a discount of $1 / day bringing the total to $24. Please pay by cash or check when you arrive on the first day.

This program is reserved for women over the age 21. If you have any questions, feel free to email sevenbends@dcr.virginia.gov. Space is limited so register here today.

**Throughout the program, all program participants including park staff, volunteers, and park visitors will be asked to maintain appropriate social distance of at least 6 feet.
