Campsite Decorating Contest

Oct. 30, 2021. 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Please register for the Campsite Decorating Contest as soon as possible after arriving in the park. Your campground host will have the registration sheets, contest rules, and tags to hang at your campsite to indicate to the judges that your site is part of the competition. First prize will receive a gift certificate for a two-night camping stay in any Virginia State Park, second prize is a one night stay, and third place is not yet determined. Final judging will take place at 7:00 p.m. with the winners announced at 8:00 p.m. at the Campground D Bathhouse. Entries will be judged on originality, authenticity, and execution.
