Discover a whole new way of seeing the world around you. Keeping a nature journal can improve mental clarity, boost confidence and emotional intelligence, self-discipline, and creativity. Explore Widewater with a Ranger and take the time to slow down and absorb the beauty around us. Each session will begin with an in-depth look at one of the park's natural residents.

Participants must bring their own journals and something to write or draw with. This program is held outside, so please dress for the weather. Call 540-288-1400 for more information.
