Combine the healing powers of nature and yoga. Instructors from Latitude Yoga Co. in Stafford lead an hour-long yoga class as you take in the beauty of Aquia Creek. Dress in your yoga best and bring your own mat and water bottle.

The maximum class size is 30 participants, and reservations are not required. There is no additional fee for the program.
